Free Delivery Offer Terms & Conditions

Offer excludes isolated areas or territories within Australia(Christmas Island, Norfolk Island, NT, WA 6215-6797, etc.). Total order weight must be below 20KG with a maximum package width of 1m and package volume of 0.25m³.

A quote may be required for orders that exceed 20KG, have excessive dimensions, are being delivered to rural areas or have been listed with incorrect weights/dimensions. Christmas Island and Norfolk Island are not eligible for free shipping.

Expected time of delivery is typically 2-7 working days depending on your location. Please keep in mind, if you are located rurally this may cause an extended delay of one week minimum.

Please be aware that not all stock is on hand and delivery times may vary.
You will be notified of delivery ETA once your order is place.
Cancelation of your order due to delivery time will be accepted minus any fees from your payment provider that have been charged to us.

We aim to do same or next day dispatch for all in-stock items that are purchased from Monday to Friday. Unfortunately it is impossible for us carry all stock items 100% of the time. If an item is ordered that is out of stock we will ensure they are priority goods and will be dispatched as soon as possible.

We offer insurance on all orders to cover you in the unlikely event that your delivery gets damaged or goes missing during transit. Any freight that is damaged in transit or arrives damaged must be reported to F & K Power Tools Pty Ltd within 24 hours of taking delivery. Claims made out side of 24 hours may be rejected by the carrier.

It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect parcels before signing for them, if a damaged parcel is signed for insurance may be void. Please sign STC (subject to checking) if packaging has been damaged to ensure appropriate claims can be made.

Courier deliveries will only be made to fixed addresses.

Goods that are left at unattended premises are the responsibility of the receiver.
